First aid in our opinion is one of the most important skills anyone can learn. Our courses provide YOU with a chance to actually save someone’s life. That’s an amazing thing. Business are now required by law to have qualified first aiders on their premises.
We provide first aid training for all sizes and types of business. From simple one day emergency first day at work, through to the three day first aid at work course. We also provide manual handling training. We provide first aid qualifications from basic first aid through to the full 3 day first aid at work course.
We provide manual handling courses for your employees ensuring you are compliant with health and safety regs.
3D Self Defence
We provide the BEST self defence training course around. This is a practical course that develops an individuals confidence, ability and awareness in the most highly stressful and dangerous situations.
For some employees a more bespoke response is required. We want employers and employees to be proactive in their approach to injuries and health conditions, preventing them before they happen. We offer personalised packages to individuals both in person and online that will improve their health and wellbeing.
