This quote hits home. 🔥 Over my 20 years working in the prison service, I’ve heard “You can’t do that” more times than I can count. Since launching Community Health and Wellbeing, that same resistance has only grown louder: “It won’t work.” “That’s not possible.” “You’ll never get it through.” “Why change it? We’ve always done it this way.” But I’ve never accepted that’s just the way it is. I’ve always believed we can do better - for staff, for services, and most importantly, for the brave people who run the prisons and the prisoners in them.
