Self defence is an essential life skill that not only helps workforces protect themselves and avoid dangerous situations but also improves confidence and self-esteem.

Doncaster Council specified a need for their Complex lives team to learn self defence. After contacting us, we arranged a meeting to discuss what they wanted, how we would deliver the course, and when we would deliver the course.

There are many specific benefits to taking a self defense class, but overall, it will have a positive impact on your employees life.

Our highly skilled and trained coaches make learning experiences comfortable, productive, satisfying and fun in a relaxed atmosphere.

Benefits of team orientated self-defence training:

  • Increases self confidence and self-control

  • Builds morale and enhances team performance

  • Teaches quick decision-making

  • Gives employees peace of mind

  • Provides an energy outlet

  • Develops assertiveness while reducing aggressiveness

  • Enhances patience

  • Lowers stress

  • Develops better interpersonal communication skills, self-awareness, and leadership abilities.

  • Empowers employees with violence awareness & prevention skills

"Just a quick email to thank you and the lads for the training input tag Changing Lives last Friday. The team have all provided really positive feedback and they really enjoyed the session. They were really happy with the content and more so the relaxed approach you all took with the delivery. You put them all at ease so they felt confident to join in and get the best out of the training, which ultimately is what we all wanted.

There has been a lot of emphasis on the confidence and team building that the session provided. Everyone took something away with them including both confidence and new skills. The discussions had, have caused us to rethink some of the ways we are working and will influence decision making moving forward.

I would absolutely recommend the training to other services (which I already have) so we may potentially cross paths again.

Please pass our thanks on to the others, and thanks again."

Nicola, Doncaster Council
