3D Self-defence Course 2021

Following on from the large amount of interest on social media, our 3D self-defence course  is ready to go on the 25thSeptember 2021.

The course will run from 0900 – 1600 with a lunch break in between at Mapplewell Village hall, Barnsley.

This course is perfect for adults and children from 10 years upwards.

You will learn how to:

·  Detect an incident before it occurs.

·  Defuse the incident before it escalates to physical violence.

·  Defend if absolutely necessary.

We are not here to teach techniques that do not work that you may see on Youtube or TV! We are not here to replace martial arts and boxing clubs - skills like these take a long time to master. Our techniques utilise a person’s natural reflex actions in threatening situations as a basis for the defence.

It is more and more common to turn on the TV and see mindless acts of violence committed on the innocent.

We want you to feel confident walking on your own, to protect yourself and others if necessary, and ultimately reduce the amount of violence that is plaguing our streets.
